Every time I drink one of these <yummy diet soft drink> I have to drink two of these <water>
My weight remained stable on 91.3kgs last week but I think if I’d actually drank enough water I would’ve lost a little, and probably wouldn’t have been getting cramps in my calf muscles either.
I have plenty of water in my fridge (it’s a must here in QLD) but I’m just continually reaching for the wrong thing when I open the door. Bad Bec Boo Hiss!
I will change this bad habit!
