Very motivating day today, not for any serious reasons, just super thrilled with my new work-out threads! May even get up early and RUN to work so I have an excuse to use them LOL!
The fun part about loosing weight has been the idea of getting to the shops and buying a whole new wardrobe. Not quite there yet, but I am fitting into everything much better than previously, and I’m back into my ‘skinny’ clothes that I packed away three years ago.
I’m having a crap time getting down to 85kg, I think it’s more of a mental block than anything else so this week I’m pushing forward with a whole new plan – dedicated half-hour sessions of exercise twice a day EVERY day. I figure this with the shit-loads of incidental walking, stairs, and lifting I do at work I should get past this plateau.
