As I sat down this evening and pulled together my exercise logging from four different locations I realised my love for technology may be actively working against me actually knowing what’s going on with my fitness.
I’ve decided maybe I need a single point of truth, so in the spirit of being frugal I checked out my random ‘stuff’ drawer and found a bunch of stickers that I can use on the awesome Scotland calendar my Aunt gifted to me last year.
As you can see from the image above I was a bit irregular with my exercise in January. I honestly think with my split tracking I’ve missed some days in the middle of the month. Frustrating, but if they’re not tracked anywhere they don’t count.
Tracking needs to be more of a focus for me in February.
