Have decided to get out of my general funkiness by throwing myself back into the fitness gig.
My body got its sweet revenge for this awful plan, my feet have gone soft over the past three weeks… blister city on my heel tonight.
On the plus side I haven’t gained any weight over the past month. So I can maintain if I need too… just need to motivate myself to actually begin the downward slide again.
- 1.5 H ours rapid walking (30mins x 3)
- Lots of incidental stairs… oh, I hate them so!
