Getting back on the horse.


I’m sitting at the park waiting for a Krav Maga bootcamp to start. I haven’t really done anything fitness-wise since tearing my calf muscles in September.

My Dr has gently suggested I switch sports away from running to swimming or cycling on a permanent basis.

It sucks, but I can’t afford to keep paying for physio & injury management so I’m finally taking his advice and trying something new.
