From the land of regrets I present you with how to kill your legs. Monday running, Tuesday 30mins stair training, Wednesday running, then walking all day in heels.
Needless to say this evening I have awfully tight calf muscles. Tight to the point where I can’t walk down stairs without holding the banister (in case I fall to my doom due to leg failure).
The tightness and knots were just unwilling to budge with stretching, finger massage, deep heat, or my other usual means of relief.
Enter my desperation, and vague recollections from the 12wbt forums that some people use tennis balls to fix up their DOMS.
I don’t have a tennis ball… But I do have creativity.
Bliss people. Pure. Bliss.
And now I can get upstairs to bed.
